All new MY 2018 – onwards Subaru BRZ purchased from an authorised Subaru Retailer on or after 1st January 2019 is eligible for the 63 months/ 105,000 Kilometre Service Plan Program (whichever comes first). Customers must provide a valid phone number and residential address, as well as a date of birth. Rental, privately imported and grey import vehicles are excluded, and additional exclusions may apply. *Subaru Fast Service Terms and Conditions: (i) Customer must book Fast Service in advance and Fast Service booking must have been confirmed prior to vehicle drop off. (ii) Offer applies to minor interval scheduled services as per the manufacturer’s Warranty and Service Handbook only. Time guarantee will not apply to work required in addition to or outside of the manufacturer’s specifications for the relevant scheduled service. (iii) Time commences from point in time when repair order is signed by the customer and ceases when customer has been advised that the service is complete and the vehicle is ready for pick up. (iv) By making a Fast Service booking, the customer agrees to the foregoing terms and conditions.

2. HERE Map Updates for Subaru vehicles with a factory line fit Gen2 or Gen2.1 navigation system are supplied by HERE International LLC (“HERE”), and are subject to HERE Service Terms. You can view a copy of the Service Terms at: https://legal.here.com/en-gb/terms. Tom Tom Map Updates for Subaru vehicles with a factory line fit Gen3 or Gen3.1 navigation system are supplied by HARMAN International Industries Inc (“HIII”) a company based in Connecticut USA, and are subject to HIII Terms of Use. You can view a copy of the Term of Use at: https://subaru-maps.com/#/termsofuse .

3. The Subaru Map Update Program Period commences on the earlier of the date when the map subject to the Latest Map Guarantee is installed, or when the vehicle navigation unit is turned on, the GPS is located, and the vehicle is driven at least 20 kilometres from the initial/first GPS location fix position. The complimentary map updates are subject to availability of the latest maps provided by Here Maps or Harman, whichever is applicable to your Subaru vehicle. The subscription term for the 3 Year Map Update Program is 38 months from the commencement date.

4. Map Update downloads require internet access and specified software which is the responsibility of the owner. To download a Map Update you must set up an account with HIII and follow the instructions set out in the on-line User Manual which can be found at: https://subaru-maps.com/#/usermanual. HIII is an unrelated company to Subaru (Aust) Pty Limited.
